These guys are absolute heroes! We are so incredibly lucky to have them here in Dorchester. Topping off an incredibly bad week, I managed to accidently submerge my lap top almost completely in water (while it was plugged in and turned on) and I then proceeded to made matters worse by panicking and repeatedly turning it on and trying to get it going again, ensuring it was totally fried. Of course it had also been years since I had backed anything up, and I had an urgent need to access some of the files and couldn’t think how on earth I was going to get through the rest of the day, let alone week without it. I ran in the shop in a panic with the laptop still dripping, and cool as a cucumber first aid treatment was administered (to me and the laptop!) – the hard drive was salvaged and every one of my files were recovered, and transferred on to a new laptop ready for me to take home that afternoon. I still can’t quite believe it. A major catastrophe was averted. I don’t have the words to adequately express my gratitude for how well I was looked after, and the price was just the icing on the cake. I was braced for a hefty bill so a second wave of deep relief washed over me when it only cost a fraction of what I feared I might have to pay. I now know my tech has its own guardian angel residing on South Street! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I went in to get headphones, they didn’t have the brand I wanted but the guy started selling me another pair I didn’t really want. After finding the jack didn’t fit in my phone I went in for a refund, he tried to sell me another pair I didn’t want which I said no to. Had to go back later for the refund when his colleague was there. He told the manager the headphones didn’t fit because there was something in the socket which he must’ve realised this whilst trying to sell me the other pair. He started to clean it out but I said I’d rather have a refund so he started shoving the bits back into the headphone jack! Terrible customer service!

This isnt just the best phone repair shop, it’s the best experience you will get. They all know what they are talking about the information is in real time and up to date. You can tell phones are thier bread & butter the products they have are far better because of this to. Phone fixed with no issues with a 6 mouth warranty amazing
