I’m updating and lowering my initial review because the owner of the shop called me this morning demanding to REMOVE MY REVIEW. I believe my review of their services to be accurate and these lengths through which was gone against the initial (2 star) review confirm the dishonesty of this business and lead me to believe this score to be purposefully misleading.

My phone screen broke and i went in to get it fixed. First the new screen was acting up a lot and didn’t work very well at all as it overheated, the colours were very off and the touch screen didn’t respond well. I had to go back several times before they agreed to replace it, this time with a decent screen. The guy who worked there seemed kind and eventually helpful, but I assume they initially wanted to get out of it by giving me a cheap knock off screen. I was also charged 20 quid for a useless plastic screen protector that they didnt even put on the second screen. Even though it all worked out in the end for me it was solely due to my own persistance, the two stars are because at the end they wanted me to rate them and I feel like that is why there are so many 5 star reviews.

They can literally fix divers devices and in a short period of time ….for instance they fixed my Mac book pro 15′ (battery and software) in one day and my iPhone 12 Pro (screen) same day in 40min
