I don’t normally leave reviews but this service was so bad I felt obliged.

After getting my iphone screen replaced, he initally gave me a new screen with massive boarders (clearly not an iphone screen) and tried to convince me this was normal. After finally convincing him it wasn’t, he replaced it with a normal one. It has been a few months and this ‘normal’ one has already started falling off my phone. I got it replaced today and saw not only was it the cheapest option, he had left the plastic protection (that you are meant to peel off when placing) Which could lead to destroying the motherboard if my phone over heated. He also lost one of my iphone screws.

Wont be returning, would stay clear.

They kept my phone for 10 days. Each day promising it would be ready the next day. I saw the owner across the street when I came to pick up my phone. He sent another man over to tell me he was in hospital! When phone was finally returned, it was not charged so I could not see they had damaged the IMEI card, thus making my phone a very expensive brick! Stay away from them and the shop across the street!!!

Great service….a very honest trader. Had a reception problem with my 6s which was ultimately not repairable. Despite spending alot of time trying various solutions he didn’t charge me when it was clear the phone was beyond repair. I wish dealing with Apple was this straight forward!
