I damaged phone screen while in hospital. Simple repair. Immediately lied about my sim not being 3G capable (it is) just to upsell an already used phone (dodgy and possibly rooted) as replacement. PHONE COVER DESTROYED DURING REPAIR. Stock Cover No Longer Fits with new parts. Used Cheap+Poor quality Non-Stock parts. Several features broken on my phone including… ALL VIBRATION, gone. All gesture control, gone. Stole Speaker Mesh. New screen very dark, overheats in hot weather dangerously and my Sim pin protection somehow deactivated, along with most of my apps updates reverted. Repeatedly argued when I began noticing. Felt very disingenuous, I think my data was stolen off my phone. All while I am having health complications (which was immediately explained)
Only reaction was to have them take it back for another 5-7days (not an opinion in my condition) and eventually took PS15 off the PS75 price. Not good enough for the permanent damages to my phone.
Many other positive reviews could easily be fake, or they pick and choose who they can scam

So I took my phone for a main screen replacement to another shop in ptown and when I received the phone I can only assume the shop used a cheap screen as the phone just would not work at all ive gone to this shop and the guy has had my full screen and back replaced and phone refurbished and back to me within 2 days and its working alot better then before I broke it this guy is the best in buisness I have so meany viodes and pictures of when I lived in Greece on this phone so to have it fixed ment alot.

I have been using these guys for the last 5-6 years now as I have a habit of breaking all my phones! – they are the fastest, best quality repairs in the South West if not the UK! – they also have the greatest range of accessories I have ever seen at the best prices – I would not hesitate to recommend these guys! – and would ignore the Clark family reviews as they seem to have a real grudge against these brilliant people!
