I wanted to get my iphone 14 pro screen replaced with an original screen after half a day into the repair i was called and told that its not possible and a third party screen could be installed which I accepted not knowing how bad third arty screens are… it is always dim, the proximity Sensor is not working so whenever I make a call my screen turns black and I can’t hang up or switch to speaker and even worse the front camera ficus does not work and everything is always blurry
Horrible!!!
With customers service on the phone I was told they can’t do anything and I have to go to a shop
Which is a 5 hour drive for me so absolutely unacceptable
I want my money back!

Came in with my laptop that had it’s casing bent around the power button causing unexpected powering off of the device. Left it in the office with no promises and pre-authorized amount for work done. I was told I would be getting a call that day or the following. The call never came and I phoned to check. A person who didn’t know much about what was done said that the notes for the device aren’t clear but there is no charge. I came back and picked up the device. Diagnostics were not run from what the person could tell me and the device was essentially in store for 2 days for no reason. Staff was still nice, and there was no charge as expected, but the whole experience was a bit disappointing.

Just a heads up to anyone using this service , I went in and had the screen fixed on my iPhone 11 ,but what they don’t tell you is that when they fix your iPhone and other phones that have a water resistant rating they don’t REALLY fix it. Turns out the phones no longer have any sort of water resistance.would be nice to know that information before deciding to use the service . Pretty scummy .
