Moin was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I rarely do these Google reviews but was very impressed. Would highly recommend going in person – Moin set me up with an awesome discount ($100 off) plus a free protection bundle promo for 2 years and 1 year warranty, and the phone was better quality and more affordable than the one I was looking at online. I appreciated that he took the time to understand what I actually needed and would work with my existing plan. He also cleaned off my new phone, put in the SIM, and helped me clone my phone over. Really pleased.

My Google Pixel developed a green, grainy, glitchy screen (apparently a common issue for its model). Looking at repair options online, it seemed like I might have to jump through hoops to get it fixed, but Google referred me to Mobile Klinik. I’m so glad this option exists!!!!

Moin saved my phone. I had broken the screen before (S23 Ultra) and went to somewhere else where I had a really bad experience. Moin not only replaced the screen, but fixed the issue I was having with my camera (the old place I wento to wanted to sell me a new one when I didn’t need it). He took his time, very professional and got me the best deal. I really appreciate all of his help and will definately be back if I need help in the future!
