I shattered my Google Pixel screen and visited Brossard Mobile Klinik for a repair. Initially, the service was quick, but two days later, a crack appeared under the screen with a dead pixel. When I returned, they refused to cover it under warranty, claiming it was a mechanical issue. Then, after some back-and-forth, they suggested I go to another store with a more lenient warranty policy, citing a lack of parts without offering to order them.

The next day, I went to Champlain Mall Klinik, and they went above and beyond to help me. From the start, they recognized the issue as a faulty screen covered by the warranty, but needed manager approval to take on my case, explaining that Dex30 is a franchise and operates independently from corporate stores.

They didn’t have the part in stock, so they called the Place Longueuil Klinik and arranged for my phone to be repaired there. The next day, I visited the Longueuil Klinik, and my phone was fixed within 30 minutes. They saved me from potentially spending another $400 on repairs, although I did lose $50 on the protective film and some vacation time.

The Pixel screen was broken because the technician couldn’t access the back camera without removing the screen and so the screen replacement was also charged from the customer and the technician said he can’t give any warranty after the screen replacement and after one hour anything goes wrong he is not responsible for the screen. So instead of spending 200 the customer had to spend 440 double the amount he was expecting for his phone back camera repair. Not good and dependable service.

Had my SAMSUNG phone repaired there. The service is impeccable, fast and very professional. They use original SAMSUNG parts and not some cheap alternative. They seem to want to help first than some mom and pop’s shop who just want your money. If anyone needs his phone repaired, I highly recommend this place.
