Made an appointment (easy and convenient) to have my kids iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed that had been out of commission for quite a while. They called with a They called with a free estimate which is appreciated. Not many companies do that. Also did a free diagnostic for me which helped and we will return for a battery replacement. The screen looks new. The phone is working great and I haven’t had any problems with the repair. They also cleaned the phone and made it look very nice complementary. Definitely will be a return customer!
I went to Mobile Klinik today because my iPhone charging port seems to be damaged.
The gentleman that served me was very nice, asked me to wait for a minute or two to have a look, and when he came out my phone was ready to use and working!
He explained that there was dusk or debris, and he simply cleaned it out.
Had I gone to iPhone they would probably have told me it needed to be replaced or tried to convince me to get a new phone.

I went to Mobile Klinik today to have my phone repaired. Due to the price of the repair (and the age of my phone…), I opted to purchase a new phone instead. The representative who assisted me (Sabil) was absolutely fantastic. He spent time showing me the different options and then took the time to help me set up my new device so that I could leave the store using it. I can’t imagine receiving that level of service elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Mobile Klinik.
