Worst experience I ever had in my life. I went for my google pixel 8 which is in warranty. I called google support they gave me address. I went mobile klinik because they are authorized technician, but the guy who was there doesn’t have any sense of talking. My charging slot was not working i asked him to repair in warranty. First he told me to come on Thursday my supervisor is not here he will order the part, I can’t do that and after ordering the part it will take 1 week to get a part from google. I said i cant wait how would ilI charge my phone, he said go to best buy where you bought this which doesn’t make any sense. Will never go to this place again.
Amazing service – quick, accurate diagnostics, quick, well-priced repair. I brought my computer in, explained the problem, and the Rep said it was most likely a faulty wifi antenna. He opened it up, confirmed the problem, replaced the part, and let me know when it was done – all within an hour. Outstanding!
When I cracked my Google Pixel screen, Navin was extremely helpful. Not only did he stay after closing to help me that day with a temporary screen, he ordered me a new one. He offered for me to come back so he can put the screen protector on for me, as well. His service was incredible. Highly recommend.
