Dropped my phone of on Wednesday – the gentlemen was very nice and told me that he only had 1 screen that would fit in stock. Quoted me the price and was ready in an hour. Didn’t notice until later that the screen was very dim and I wasn’t able to see it while outside. I also noticed that the sensitivity was off so I called and the same person told me no worries and to bring it in. I went in and a different person was working – apparently a co-owner who was not very friendly and immediately stated that it was dim because I selected the lower quality option – when there wasn’t options offered to me to begin with. Then proceeded to tell me that they were offered but I declined them (untrue) Overall – it was positioned in a way that I was at fault for picking a lesser option that was never offered. He was abrasive and had no care at all. To refund me for the defective screen he took the screen off and put my old damaged screen back on – which was then damaged further and made my phone entirely unusable – I couldn’t even log into it. When I mentioned this he responded that there were sensitivity issues when I brought it in and additional damage was to be expected. I am so disappointed as I was left with an unusable phone and one that I couldn’t easily get fixed elsewhere because I couldn’t log in to turn of the find iphone which is required when repairing the screen. Literal tears at the frustration. Do not go here if you want to be a valued customer – take it elsewhere where concerns will be considered and you won’t be hung out to dry and called a liar.

When I arrived here, my phone wasn’t charging, and I was concerned that I might need to replace something, which I thought would be expensive. However, the person at the desk was incredibly friendly and explained that it was just a matter of cleaning. They offered to clean it right away, and to my surprise, it took less than a minute and they did as a courtesy. My phone was back to normal, and I was ready to go. I really appreciate their honesty, helpfulness, and how quickly they resolved the issue. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service! As a Telus customer I had to deal with Mobile Klinik due to the warranty. Went to Mobile Klinik at Lansdowne Plaza, Peterborough. They refused to repair my phone (black screen). Took it to this location and the gentleman was very helpful, professional and my phone was repaired in less than an hour. Would highly recommend this location.
