I do not recommend this location.
I made an appointment to fix the back of my IPhone 14 pro as it had a crack. When I came back to pick up the phone, we tested the phone’s audio. The audio was awful. We then had to wait another hour or so for the phone to be repaired. We left again and we received a call within the hour from an employee that she cracked my FRONT screen. Additionally, the employee told us that I was going to be charged for fixing the front screen as well, even though it was her fault. We had to go back and forth on the phone until she decided to speak to the manager M.

We were then told we’d have to come back on Tuesday of the following week to get my phone repaired. We were also told that the manager would be there as well. The phone had a pink line across the screen, causing quite the inconvenience for the next few days. I then had to go through another back and forth with the female employee when I asked to get my new screen protector which cost me about $40 US to replace it for free. She then told me I was misunderstanding and was telling me very incorrect information. Again, after a frustrating interaction, she then asked the manager, M. for clarification. I asked for the manager’s email multiple times and she never gave it to me.

On Tuesday, although I had prior commitments and a minor surgery that day, I arrived around 5. The manager was not there to speak to. I gave my phone in and we were told the phone should be done in about two hours. I did an eye surgery that day and needed to rest, but didn’t think I’d have to wait around until 9 to pick up my phone. We waited for hours. We did not ever end up seeing the manager, like we were told.

I am still very upset with the hours taken away from something that was only supposed to be 4 hours. I am very upset that the new IPhone that I am still paying off for over $1000 now has different parts, front screen and buttons, none of which was my fault. How is it that Mobile Klinik claims to give ‘risk free’ services? How is it that I only wanted the back of my phone fixed, but my phone came back way more damaged than before?

I understand mistakes happen, but I do not feel satisfied in which this was handled.

SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE….I recently had the screen on my iPad air replaced at the Meadowvale location. The attendant was super helpful and very professional. I originally called and found they had no stock for my screen but no fear. I visited the store at 3pm and placed the order and left a deposit and the iPad. By 10am the next morning my iPad was repaired and ready for pick-up. Amazing quality work, and all works perfectly well and comes with 1year warranty. Awesome customer service. Thank you

My mobile had some technical issue, when I approached Mobile Klinik at Argentina Road, Mississsauga, Manbir checked the device and provided the option immediately. She quoted reasonalble fees and when I gave the mobile for repair, within 2 hours the work was done with all test completed. Manbir did great work and helped me to relief from the stress from mobile technical issue .
