My phone stopped charging while I was visiting Kamloops yesterday. I came across Mobile Klinik at the mall and asked for assistance in repairing my phone. Parth was the employee on shift. He tried to fix my phone but it was broken beyond repair. He was very helpful, polite, accommodating, and patient with my lack of cell phone knowledge. Through no fault of his own the system was down so I had to return today but he remembered me immediately and made me feel welcome once again. He was excellent at explaining all the details of the different phone plans and helped me make an educated decision on, which would be best for my needs. I am very pleased with the service and the fact that with his help I am saving more than $40 a month on a new phone plan. I also have a great new ( new to me) at a great price!!

Sent my elderly mom up to this place, I phoned and confirmed they would help her to put a public mobile sim card in her phone and set it up for her. They agreed with hesitation.
She went, they sold her the sim card and said do it yourself.
When I got mine at phone depot they hooked it all up for me. These guys, not honest.
