I could not have had a better experience! Arthur was so very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I originally went in to fix my broken iPhone XR screen, but decided to get one of their refurbished phones instead. He helped me trade in my phone and upgrade to a better one (with a great warranty) and answered every question we had (there were many). He transferred all my data to the other phone quickly and nothing was lost. The phone works great and the price was good too. Thank you so much 🙂

Wonderful business. I stopped in with a tricky charging port on my phone. It was not staying connected to charging cables, and charging very slowly. Rather than dupe me into a repair I didn’t need, the associate cleaned out my charge port free of charge. No repair was needed. I appreciate the helpfulness and honesty of this business, and will return!
