Disappointing Mobile Klinik Repair and Warranty Experience:

Initially attracted by Mobile Klinik’s lifetime warranty for my iPhone screen repair, my satisfaction quickly faded. After the repair, the phone suffered water damage from light rain due to improper sealing, confirmed by their sales rep.

Seeking to use the warranty, I learned the new damage wasn’t covered. Despite the screen’s guarantee, they claimed the resultant CPU failure fell outside their policy, offering a repair for an extra $300 instead.

I advise choosing a more reliable service or manufacturer’s repairs for better reliability.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Went in to have the glass on my screen replaced. Dropped my phone off was told to come back in an hour. When I came back they told me the repair is being refused because my charging port doesn’t work( the phone was charging the whole ride there)
They said they could still do it but the finger print reader wouldn’t work because they couldn’t install the stuff needed for it. I asked for my phone back(was working fine prior to bringing it there) when it came it the screen was half blank and lines through it. I asked what had happened and they wouldn’t answer me

If you have kids and smartphones or tablets you will want to take a note of this place. Unfortunately I’ve had to bring a couple of devices to them and they were extremely helpful. After one repair I had a sticky ‘home’ button on the iPhone and they serviced it again for free, with no hassles. I have tried the Kijiji screen repair people in the past and it has never worked out well for me. After experiencing a professional operation like this I would never go back to Kijiji to save a couple of dollars.
