I brought my Ipad here, thinking they can fixed my ipad issue that is stuck in apple logo.

I agreed to leave the iPad for them to check and said they will try to order new battery and test that might be the issue. They told me that they will get back to me in 2-3 days. Days passed and haven’t heard anything from them and when I called them to get an update they said the battery that they ordered is defective and didn’t work and need to re order again. LOL

I let them do their thing and wait again for days until almost a week passed and never heard anything from them again. So decided to visit their store personally to get a follow up.

Arrived to their shop and asked about my ipad and the Indian guy said that the problem is the main board and they can’t fixed it, so I’m like okay I’ll take it to somewhere else then. But then the problem is THEY BROKE MY IPAD’s SCREEN and told me they replaced it with a obviously cheap screen and who knows where they get there, they didn’t even apologize for that and told me instead that they won’t charge me for anything( SURELY YOU WOULDN’T COZ YOU BROKE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND ITS NOT THE IPAD ISSUE IN THE FIRST PLACE)

Don’t leave your unit here if you don’t want your unit parts replaced with cheap ones and tell you they broke it, seems shady and feel like scamming

These guys are awesome, my phone has had issues charging for months and it got to the point it stopped charging completely and also died. I had my sister take my phone in to get it repaired as I had to go to work and she said they fixed it for free and were extremely polite and helpful and in return all they wanted was a good review. When I received my phone back it was charging perfectly and better than ever with no issues and my phone speakers were also filled with dirt prior to me getting it repaired and when I got it back the speakers were all clean and actually worked how they use to when new. I’m extremely happy and just the fact they went above and beyond to satisfy their customer says a lot about the service. Highly recommend them they are good, honest , hardworking people.

I came in and was greeted by Rish who was super helpful and nice, my iPhone wasn’t charging and I suspected it was because of debris buildup. I showed Rish my phone and he quickly diagnosed it and cleaned the port in less then a minute, he did this professional service for me without charging me a cent. Highly recommend Rish and Mobile Klinik and I will for sure be back here for any future phone issues.
