Oh my, “Kandarp ” who is working here in Mobile Klinik is a very nice, kind, and approachable gentleman. I don’t do really much on reviews but now I take time to do it coz words is not enough to say thank you to this guy.
What a day when you are stress coz your phone is not working. But Kandarp is here, he works with a heart how to help and make his costumer very happy and satisfied…and that’s me!!!!

The Mobile Klinik in Guelph was great! They were friendly and super helpful. Samsung quoted $615 for a motherboard and a volume button. The Mobile Klinik fixed the problem, which was not the motherboard for a $111. They went above and beyond to try to diagnose the problem and did an excellent job fixing the problem. I would recommend them for any problems you might encounter with your mobile phone. They were awesome!!!

Very helpful team. One fellow informed me I had purchased a used US phone which was having issues connecting to Canadian cell towers. I returned when neither major providers towers worked with my Note 10 despite working dor 4 years previously on one network. Second fellow helped me select a new to me updated phone. Helped migrate my info and patiently helped me with other applications. So far happy with my purchase.
