EDIT to 1 Star: DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Was sceptical on my first visit but the customer service was great so I thought “I don’t care that it’s not the Apple Store” but I was SORELY WRONG. Within 2.5 months of them providing their service my iPhone clearly as lost any water resistance. Moisture got in the device somehow (not dropped in water) and they have absolved themselves of any responsibility DESPITE BEING THE ONES TO OPEN IT UP AND RESEAL IT ALLEGEDLY.

Definitely not going to trust hacks like this place again.

Edit Edit: 3 weeks and customer service still hasn’t called back. Would give no stars if I could…

Purchased a phone through Koodo in November of 2023 and in June it randomly started shutting off quite frequently. Took it here as they are the partnered with Koodo/Telus and do the warranty claims.

They initially ordered a new screen and battery and when that didn’t solve the problem, they ordered and replaced the motherboard.

It took in total about 10 days and I’m happy to say that my phone has been working flawlessly since they completed the work and returned it to me!

Great experience there today went in because my daughter’s iPad charger snapped off in the iPad and we couldn’t get it out. Woman working there was able to get it out, she warned me a head of time the charging port might be broken but it was not, still totally fine and functional and she confirmed that before sending me on my way. My husband has also had very good experiences here with phone screen replacements and charging port cleanings
