I went here based on the reviews and thought it was somewhere I thought I can trust. I feel scammed and I regret spending $70 on this place. I went in there telling them my iPhone battery for my older phone seems fine no issues but the day it died it wouldn’t charge and I think the issue was the port but was told it was definitely the battery since it’s an older phone and thought hey, they know more then me. Was told it was authentic iPhone battery since it’s the same price to fix it at the apple store and it’s NOT. I was told it should be ready before 6 and they will call me but after roaming the Danforth for 4 hours in the heat and he never call me and thought maybe I can go 30 mins early and surprise it was ready , ONLY after when I paid he said I need to come back to fix the port cause my issue and it wasn’t the battery and that will be another $60. Are you kidding me? I feel taken advantage of and never going back there. I came to fix the issue in hand now the battery is draining faster than before it seems and overheating after two days of having it. I feel like I deserve a refund for being lied too and got my battery replaced without needing too, and with a none authentic battery . Don’t waste your time and money here please. They will cost you more issues

I needed extended warranty work done on my Samsung device and this location is fully certified for repairs. After my warranty repair request was submitted, someone from Mobile Klinik called me to ensure they had the right part. They needed to order it in and gave me an estimated delivery time. I came in for the repair. It was done in a reasonable amount of time. The staff are very knowledgeable yet didn’t speak down to me. If I need another repair in the future (with warranty or without) I have no hesitation bringing it back here.

I was skeptical about going and when I left the mobile Klinik on Danforth I was absolutely happy.
AMONGST other things I wanted a SIM card for an old phone. They just walked me very patiently through my options according to needs and budget then, before selling the SIM card, they checked whether my old phone was unblocked, but it was not charged so they charged it, saw the battery was faulty, repaired it …all for free, as part of their comprehensive and outstanding customer service. All that in a quick and friendly manner
