Having this klinik is just as bad as not having one at all. They said they would order the part to fix my phone and call me in a week when its there. I’m sitting here two months later and nothing.

This happened the last time I had to get something fixed through them too. They said they would call and they didn’t, I had to keep asking every week for 7 weeks straight before one time I called and they had the part. If I had never called they just wouldn’t have ever bothered to call me. I dont want to have to keep calling them to see if they did the thing they said they were going to do.

Frequent phone dropper here. I’ve had awful luck so far with my first samsung phone after going through too many iphones – Tony was able to fix a reccurring screen issue within a day! It works like new now…

And now I have a new bag with a pocket specifically for my phone

I went there and this guy was just great man always had a smile on his face it was supposed to be a 3 hour job did it In less then an hour he literally called me back while I was on the way home saying it was done absolutely astounding preformance
