Best service for data recovery. My phone had severe water damage with a year worth my photos of my kids that was not backed up due to not having enough iCloud storage. I was devastated. They were able to backup all my photos, walk me through how to add more iCloud storage and ensured everything was backed up to my other working backup phone.

The temp screen they used did work and offered to replace it but was honest by saying that they don’t know if it’s worth it as water damage isn’t covered with warranty of the screen and your phone could stop working at anytime. They did not try to rob me of my money but gave me advice and options.

It was affordable and quick and I’m so happy I have all my photos back!

The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I brought an iPad to look at as another different provider barely looked at it and said it was fried. I brought it to this location for a second option and found that what was displayed was due to an accessibility option.
Upon pick up they took the time to explain the issue as well as preventative.
It was also amazing that the diagnostic was free!
So glad that we brought it for a second opinion otherwise I’d be throwing away a good iPad.

We went here today hoping that our Google phone will be fixed by them, Not only refused by the name Paul but he let us sit there in front of him for several minutes without reason and not saying anything. It was only until we asked questions that he started to explain things. This guy is arrogant and lack of good customer service. I won’t recommend going into this authorized Google mobile clinic in Barrie.
