I changed from an Android to an IPhone and was struggling to import my WhatsApp history. I spent 7 hours at Best Buy, went to Bell and another phone repair spot. Oh maybe I spoke too soon as none of my chat history has been imported and she helped me to wipe my phone and some of the contacts didn’t transfer over for some reason but now my phone is wiped. Sigh I didn’t think it would be so cumbersome going from an android to iPhone.
