Didn’t have the best experience here. Went in and wanted to get a phone for my wife. Luckily they had a great deal, so I went for it. Big mistake. I also got their warranty as my wife is clumsy, and the phone came with a case and screen protector. I had asked for the warranty to be explained and the nice lady told me any cracks or damage while the case and screen protector is on the phone, we will repair it, great I thought. My wife was thrilled to have a new phone. There was a small issue with the speaker of the phone, when calling, people didn’t hear her. Regardless, our young daughter dropped the phone and it had a crack on the back, I told my wife not to worry because we had the warranty. I was positive that the phone would be fixed. We went back and the employee rudely told us that damage on the back of the phone is not covered. I had mentioned what I was told, explained the situation with the speaker and was told that they couldn’t help me and I needed to speak with a manager. Tried to get a hold of them and difficult to set up a time, whenever we come in they’re not there. Honestly just don’t spend your money on useless warranties that dont cover anything, they’ll try and sell you on anything just to make a buck. Good luck.

Honestly such an incredible experience. Daniela was so helpful and kind. I came in so stressed out about my back screen being broken in my brand new s22. She walked me through going through the warranty process and when that didn’t work she helped me just get it fixed on my own. She followed up when she said she would, got the parts in quickly for me, and the repair looks like the phone is brand new. She made what could have been a really stressful experience so easy. We even had a few laughs. The whole staff there seems incredible. I hope you don’t break your phone, but if you do-this is hands down the first stop you should make.

I have gone down with the reputation for biggest repair job at this location, and I can’t say enough amazing things. My experience in store was great, I never felt guilty for accidentally destroying my phone, she showed me all of the ways she thought it may be broken, she gave me every possible price point so I was aware of the possible costs, she called me to update me on her progress, and shared in my excitement that it rose from the dead. Both of the employees I dealt with were amazing, and I highly recommend them for any repairs! I will certainly be bringing my phones there from now on! Thank you again for saving my phone!!
