I had the best experience on Aug 2 at the store on the Boardwalk. The technician, Tarun was simply amazing! I am not that tech savvy, I needed help with some memory and storage issues with my phone. Tarun explained everything to me, and was able to help with my phone issues. He went above and beyond to help ease the anxiety of navigating my phone. He and his associate Arun are extremely knowledgeable, fast and friendly service! I have and do highly recommend Mobile Klinik on the Boardwalk for all device service and repairs.

The service was excellent. Called at 11am on a Thursday to verify they had my phone model screen in stock. Once confirmed I was told I could come in any time and they could have my phone screen fixed in 90 minutes. Everyone working was friendly, the employee explained everything to me and went over cost beforehand. My first time ever having a phone issue and I’m happy to say it was a positive experience. 10/10 would recommend this company to fix your phone.

I had a minor issue (rice in the charging port from a drop in water scare) and the store said to come on in and they’d be able to help. They removed it easily with long pointed tweezers and gave me tips for making sure that most impt things on my phone are all backed up in the case things don’t work so well in the future. No charge/free – super kind and helpful store. I’ll go back for sure if I have future issues
