I had an amazing experience during the Thanksgiving wkend. My phone died, but that wasn’t the wonderful experience. The guys did everything to find out why, being the battery, port charge, and even ordering a wire to give it life. But nothing. It was completely DOA. I don’t know if they sensed my distress but they said “No charge” since they couldn’t fix it.
Got my new phone, so excited until my provider told me “you need ur old phone to connect to Google or another device” which I don’t own. I went back to Mobile Klinik and the staff preformed magic. Thank you so much to all the staff.

I needed help with my phone not able to charge unless you wiggle the cable, a very friendly guy took my phone right away and started cleaning it, removed debris from the charging port, he cleaned the speaker too, after that the phone was charging perfectly fine and he did not charge me a dime, the other place in the same mall that deals with apple products told me that I would have to wait 2 hrs and pay $40. Thank you mobile klinik for the amazing customer service and professionalism.

We needed a battery replacement that was done in two hours. We took the phone home an found that the battery was charging only for about a minute after plugged in, and then stopped. We took the phone back ( from Niagara Falls) only to find the store closed at 7pm. Instead of 9 pm.
We had to go the second time to get ot fixed. They offered explanation what went wrong with the repair, what task was not performed, but never apologized. We will not use this service again.
