Needed to replace and iPad screen promptly, called in shortly after they opened to see if part was available and time frame was next day by noon which I was set the right expectation that it would be close but they would try their hardest to have completed. Disclosed all further issues that could come up in replacement confirming multiple times I understood the scenario so I wouldn’t have any surprises. Received a call a few hours later dreading it would need something else but was calling me to say repair was complete and ready for pick up!! Superb service , excellent communication, knowledge and best of set expectations. Thank you Mobile Klink! Top shelf service!!

Went to repair my phone, which is under warranty. They kept pushing me to send it to the company warehouse instead of fixing them,which takes like 5-6 business days, and they can get done on the same day. So I asked them that I preferred getting it fixed here. They told me that they needed to order parts from the company. I kept calling every week, but they kept saying that part had not been received. After 1 month of waiting and not getting any call back from them, I had to send my phone to the company warehouse and fix it there.
I would never recommend going to this location.

I had an issue where my phone wouldn’t charge. Maria spent time identifying and fixing the issue up front with me. It took some time but she was diligent in fixing the problem.
She was very knowledgeable, calm and helpful. Also a great saleswoman. While my fix didn’t require any payment (despite her effort) she definitely convinced me that I should come here for help, and new phones, in a way that naturally applied to my needs (rather than being pushy, or disingenuous).
