Had a SIM slot problem since last summer (was unable to use a sim card with the phone), probably due to humidity condition in one of the beach bag in which we used to drop the phone… Went to the clinik without expecting much and giving it a shot. Result: the store person took the phone for a quick cleaning toward the SIM slot entry and… It works! Quick was like 2 minutes so the service was “offered”. Really happy and thanks!
If customer satisfaction and professionalism are important to you, it’s best to avoid this location. My recent experience at Mobile Klinik fell short of expectations. Unlike neighboring stores, this location lacked basic customer service etiquette and the staff seems clueless about their own prices.
Very bad service, my google pixel 7 screen has problem. The service staff didn’t even check it even though the phone is under warranty, and asked me to pay 269 yuan for screen replacement, but in other stores the screen can be replaced for free.
