The store is kinda dingy,not much in there, really for products. I called ahead to ensure they had what I needed, and they did.
The guy in the store was helpful and kind.
I have no complaints about what happened.
The issues I had were not the fault of the store. My issues came because of ASURION, the 3rd party coverage provider for my warranty from telus.
Turned out I couldn’t get the phone fixed after driving 1.5 hrs to get there.
Again, it’s not the stores fault.

The best place to go if you need any kind of phone service repair. Within one day my water damaged phone went from unusable to completely brand new. Saurav is an amazing technician and I highly recommend getting your phone serviced by him. Apple quoted me $800 to get my phone repaired but Mobile Klinik now known as Guru’s Cellphone Repairs fixed it for $300 less! I really appreciate their service and I will definitely be going back for further phone repair needs!

I recently visited the store because my phone wasn’t charged properly at all and was convinced I needed a new port but when we went into the store the Woman looked at it and said you don’t need a new port you just need it cleaned!
Took her 5 minutes or so to clean it and it charges Perfect now!
I really appreciated the Womans honesty and it was great customer service.
I would most definitely recommend going here!
