My Samsung phone was hacked and got a particularly stubborn virus. I couldn’t change setting, restart or even reset my phone which was scary. Had lengthy email conversations with AVG, took the phone to the O2 shop and to a Samsung Help Hub, none of whom could help (Samsung won’t touch a phone with a virus).
As a last ditch attempt before buying a new phone, I went to mobile lab after work at around 5pm In under 30 minutes, Aaron (very friendly and sympathetic) had reset my phone and cleared the virus. I was charged a nominal amount for this incredible service which basically saved me the price of a new phone. What a tech hero!
The shop is an Aladins Cave of phone accessories too so I’ll be back for cables and covers in the future and also recommending their services to all and sundry!

Polite and friendly guy was not judgemental about my decision to cool off my Samsung phone in the sink, which lead to perhaps predictable consequences. Despite being told earlier in the day by EE that it was an impossible fix, the man at Mobile Lab managed to open it up and get enough water out of it that, although it is behaving a little bit janky, it was possible to transfer needed data and apps to a new phone. Good job and worth the PS20!

The screen of my phone was completely smashed, plus the power button acted weird too; both problems have been sorted within 40 minutes, therefor I did not have to leave my phone over the weekend as another place have recommended.
Will definitely be back.
