Not sure of the guys name who was in the shop serving us yesterday, but wow, what a fantastic service! It was only for a new screen protector for my daughters iPhone, but the young chap who served us was so polite, professional and genuinely interested (we were on holiday, so he was giving us some hints and tips/places to go etc).
He fitted the screen cover and the service we received was just like how it used to be years ago.
If I was from this area, I would have no hesitation in recommending this business….brilliant .

But I wanted to praise Alex and Luke for the service they provide.
They are very friendly, young (but not too young ) so know what’s going on.
They seem to know short cuts to things that others don’t.
I always feel very safe and comfortable with them.

Fantastic support from the team at the shop. Luke, in particular, has been so supportive and knowledgable and patient with my purchase of a new phone this morning. He set it up for me and transferred everything over in a very professional and empathetic way. Thank you Luke and Adam, great work!
