I have never bothered to review any place but because of the service I received I believe this place deserves my review.

I took my phone for repair and was assured that they would get it fixed in a couple of days but it never was. I kept following up and they consistently told me it would be ready in a few days but never was. They finally fixed it but put in a faulty part that needed replacement and asked me to wait again for them to replace it.

My frustration peaked as I couldn’t wait another day. I took back my phone with the faulty screen & requested a refund but got only half the amount back. To make matters worse, looking at the replacement screen they had put on my phone, the colours look really washed up & off.

I regret taking my phone to the shop for repair and should have read the 1 star reviews first since I’ve now wasted my time, money and will still need to get my phone fixed somewhere else.

*Update* Mobile Lab, an authorized Xiaomi repair station in the UK, actually replaced my battery with an unofficial one. Junaid swapped a third party battery to my phone. My phone can’t fast charge, and the battery power often shows the wrong percentage, the power drops off so fast that you can’t get a full charge. DO NOT REPAIR YOUR DEVICE HERE. This is not a warranty issue, this has compromised my phone and my rights, and there is no way you can call to support of Mobile Lab for this kind of thing, they will just pass the buck. I’ve already tried.

Absolutely fantastic service and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Not only are they open on a Sunday, but unlike every other repair shop, they mend Motorola phones! They managed to source the part for my 2+year old phone, order it and fit in in 4 days. And whereas other places said they might have to do a factory reset, Mobile Lab listened to me and repaired it without the reset.
