Always used this shop for our phone repairs without issue. A week ago, my wife dropped her phone, and the microphone stopped working, so grabbing the chance on the weekend we brought it in to be repaired. He tried changing the charging port as that is where the microphone is without success , being in a rush we left it and said we would return in the week for further investigation as the phone was still functioning as normal . A few hours later, my wife’s phone screen started turning on and off with that fuzzy image in-between it doing so . Took it back in today to be told that it was a broken screen, which must have happened when she dropped her phone . Now the screen was working just fine until we took it in, and it was opened up . We were told the price for a replacement screen and decided against it as the contract was due and only had to pay PS70 for a new contract . Since getting the phone back, the screen now doesn’t work at all, so transferring data and Apps is now a long process. I’m not happy at all . We will no longer use your service, pointing the blame at my wife for a broken screen when all we went in for was the microphone . We also at the time bought a pair of headphones for our daughter which didn’t work, on returning today told that they didn’t offer refunds , then, when someone walked into the store was thrown a pair and told to try them . Had I been there, you’d have dealt with a different person

My iphone 13 pro max was completely smashed this mobile shop helped me to got it fixed in no time it was quick fix and the price was cheap aswell I wonder how this guys fix so quick .. they are professionals in repairs ,hopefully i wont break-it again still i got a voucher worth of PS10 the glasses guy ky served me really experienced staff .

Brought my phone in to be repaired for the screen which was done well. Speaker + Microphone had been adjusted to not the way they were before giving a much worse quality. Went to the owner and was told nothing can be done but my speaker + microphone are now sounding much worse while screen is replaced well. Unfortunate Service + Response but good LCD repair.
