Last month I had dropped my galaxy a50 and cracked the screen. I had since been checking with mobile shops in Cardiff city for screen replacements options and narrowed down on this shop in Pontypridd market area. Zee, the person at the shop was very helpful and replaced the cracked screen with an original Samsung screen with a 6 month warranty, all in a 30 minute turnaround time, basically the time for me to do some quick shopping at B&M and grab a coffee. The price he charged was reasonable and the quality of the finished job was good! Along with this, he also provided a phone cover free of charge (photyadded) to protect the phone from future falls.

Happy with service, quality of job done and quick turnaround time. Would recommend it to others. You have to pay in cash only though, but there a lot of ATM’s on the same street, so wasn’t much of problem for me.

Only shop open near me on the Sunday! I had broken it a few hours before and needed it fixed asap! It was in pretty bad shape and I was kindly given the estimate along with a disclaimer that the back could shatter whilst it was being bent back to shape. He did a phenomenal job and got the entire phone back to great shape within an hour for PS95!! Definitely recommend for anyone who needs quick service. He is a genuine guy who isn’t in it to rip you off. He also fixed my fiances phone charging port and the back glass of the phone was also shattered he patched it up and suggested waiting until it was worse before we fixed it! Could have easily charged to fix it that day but was very honest and didn’t want to take our money without good reason!

I broke my screen and I went to the bloody place called FONE SOLUTIONS pontypridd. Those buggers kept my phone 12 days and replaced 3 displays, but didn’t work. Finally they told me the displays they replaced are fine and working, but your phone is having an issue. So they refused me to pay back. After I took legal action I took my money back and I came to this place. “MOBILE MASTER”.

These guys fixed my screen within one day and gave me a 6 month warranty. Phone is working perfectly.
