Called the store at 8:30pm on the off chance of a repair tomorrow for a young member of my team who had literally just broken her phone at the end of her shift. The owner, John (lovely fellow) told me he wasn’t available tomorrow but had actually nipped back to the shop for something and would wait and do the repair on the spot. The man has a young family at home and sacrificed his time to help a young lady who let’s face it always needs their phone! What an absolute gem!! Amazing service above and beyond what’s necessary!!

I called into mobile masters after reading the reviews online. My MacBook would not switch on, John had a look and diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me how to rectify the problem if it happened again. John did not charge me for this service as it was a quick repair, this was extremely generous of him and made my day as I expected a bill. Fantastic service from John & Mobile Masters. I will use him again if needed and you should too, if reading this review. Fantastic service.

I smashed my iPhone , Mobile Masters fixed it. I smashed my apple watch and again Mobile masters fixed it. Then a service I did not know the shop offered was console repair. I stupidly put a Game Cube disc into my PS4 and got it jammed into the drive. You fixed it with ease. Final my recent service I have had was a deep clean on my Apple AirPods they look brand new again now !! Thank you hopefully see you soon but not too soon !
