Update- When I needed help with my elderly mother’s mobile phone, I immediately turned to Mobile phone experts in Abbeygate Street who had helped me in the past. Again they exceeded my expectations in their skills and ability and customer service and resolved all my tech problems. Absolutely recommended for anyone with tech or mobile phone issues in Bury St Edmunds

This place is fantastic! My iPad charger had snapped off in the charging port and left the iPad unusable. I asked several places for help but was told it was not possible to fix without removing the port. I came to Mobile phone experts as my last hope. It was my lucky day! They really are experts! She managed to remove the snapped off part of the charger from the port. I was very happy and i could use my iPad again ! Fantastic place, great service, definitely recommended!

I messaged them about repairing my phone and they replied very quickly. They were able to order in the screen within a couple of days and I was able to drop my phone off the same day and collect it a couple of hours later with a new screen. I was really happy with the service, how quickly they responded to me. They were friendly and it was cheaper than other places in town which is important when you are on a budget. I would really recommend this shop for screen repairs.

Absolutely rubbish needed new speaker for phone, been told 1 hour and that will be extra charge for delivery, agreed , after 2 hours nothing been change or fixed and the call history been deleted!!! Do not trust them !
