Amazing service! After being fobbed off and treated like an idiot by St Albans O2 shop staff and quoted long wait times by other independent phone shops they fixed my charging port problem in 45 mins (by replacing it) and charged me the best price I had been quoted.
How you deal with a customer when there is an issue is the true tell of customer service. Had a new screen fitted on S23 Ultra, had a small issue the following day, fixed issue immediately. First class service, highly recommended.
