EDIT: I will not remove my original review as our first experience with them was genuinely seemingly good. However, 5 months after the screen repair we came in to issues. My partner was getting his phone out of his pocket and he dropped it. The screen protector didn’t smash, the screen didn’t smash but the screen display totally went black apart from a few pixels in one corner. I got in touch with them to let them know what had happened. I was perfectly honest and explained it was dropped from a small height on to a fairly soft floor and that the condition of the phone was not damaged. I expressed we are partially at fault, but the quality isn’t up to scratch. This was not acknowledged at all. I wasn’t expecting a free repair as I understand it was dropped, but there’s no way I’d pay PS100 to get another poor quality screen replacement where it would need replacing again in a few months. I drop my own iPhone multiple times daily in different places, like most people do, but my screen display doesn’t go completely go as a result. If I dropped it from my second story window, that would be different but that’s not the case. I don’t usually post such long reviews but I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service, moreover the quality of the replacement screen. I would rather pay someone more to have a decent quality repair. Lesson learned!

I could not recommend highly enough! Very professional service with quick response times when I sent in the initial enquiry. My partner’s phone screen just started glitching out and within an hour or so died completely. I messaged the company WhatsApp after hours at 7pm last night and I was booked in for 1pm today (morning appointments were also offered and appointments in two locations!) so we were ecstatic. We were told it would be about an hour and the new screen ended up being fitted in less than 45 minutes. The screen quality is great, it’s been fitted perfectly and it looks like a new phone! The price was fair also, so absolutely no complaints. I will use these guys again any time I am in need of a repair now. Thank you so much again!

My daughters iPad screen was cracked, took it to them to be repaired.
Attempt 1 at repair, got it back to find half the touch screen wasn’t working, which wasn’t an issue whilst it was cracked.
Texted to explain, agreed to repair it again and after another ‘repair?’ we are still having the same issue. Half the touch screen still isn’t working.
Annoying as I checked the reviews first. At this point I don’t see the point in going back again. Also whoever was texting is rather rude and abrupt. A bit of customer service training wouldn’t go amiss.

I easily scheduled my
appointment online and promptly received a
confirmation text. The technician called me
shortly thereafter to schedule my appointment.
He was ready to be at my place in about an
hour! I wasn’t home so he came the next
morning and had my phone fixed in about ten
minutes all while having a lovely chat. I will
absolutely use this service again. It was the
quickest, highest quality service I’ve had for
fixing an iPhone 8 (and I’ve had to get my
phones fixed a lot!).
