The repair guy explained everything clearly. He was very polite he tried his best to support me. He was very respectful and as able to fix my phone effectively. The phone looks completely brand new I will definitely be using this service again. I would definitely recommend this service to family and friends. These people are completely unreliable, expensive and their customer services are really appaling. They charged me a lot of money for replacing the battery of a laptop plus some extra cost arguing that it needed some extra parts. The laptop is not charging. I asked them several times but completely ignored me. Avoid them if you want to save money, time and stress.
Naj has repaired my 2 laptops and my mobile phone with excellent customer service and excellent workmanship I highly recommend to all my family and friends.
