They weren’t able to repair my phone. Moreover, I had to appear there a few times as they thought that my phone works again but then they changed their minds… Competitive company by changing the usb nest (what Mobile Service Point also allegedly did) repaired my phone in 3 hours, Mobile Service couldn’t do it in 9 days… Although the staff was really friendly they didn’t solve my problem with smartphone.
Hatte Schwierigkeiten mit Hormuschel vom Handy, es wurde erstmal gunstige Variante probiert die dann auch das Problem direkt behoben hat. Sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent, super schneller Service und sehr zufrieden da er mir auch direkt die teurere Variante hatte verkaufen konnen . Jederzeit wieder vielen Dank. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen.
Einfach toll , super Mitarbeiter und sehr nett . Man bekommt alles erklart und es geht fix , habe mein akku vom iPhone 13 wechseln lassen (original ) und von Bestellung bis hin zum Einbau und Abholung , wurde mir alles erklart . Bin sehr zufrieden und kann einfach nur jedem empfehlen dahin zu gehen .
