I had device protection for my phone and this was the closest repair centre for Fido Likewize. Coquitlam Centre for some reason was the closest in Burnaby… and before I went there, I called the store to confirm it was an OEM screen and if they had the parts in stock. They said it was an hour to 2 hours wait to get it fix. I decided to drop it off and come back a week later as I had other errands to do.

I came back to pick up my phone after a week and the device wasn’t even SEALED PROPERLY. They said it was “NORMAL”, with the phone like that and it’s still okay to be used with water drops. I’m like how is that okay? I can fit a paper in the seal and I can still see glue on the side of the phone, that doesn’t make the device water resistance. The rep said that they’re not authorized Samsung repair centre, which I understood but, I mentioned that they’re authorized by Fido to repair the device, shouldn’t the device be sealed and not able to see the glue…

They said yes but their “glue” isn’t as strong as Samsung. Which doesn’t make any sense. It looks like the job was just rushed and not done properly. I was beyond shocked to see what type of work was done on the device.

They told me to call Likewize and they will ship me a replacement. After 2 weeks and 5 hours on the phone.. I finally got a replacement, but never again, I will be coming to this repair shop.

My daughter’s battery was running horribly low and would frantically turn off at random times. They told me the battery was not functioning at its fullest and told us a quick solution that involved no time wasting whatsoever! They fixed my daughter’s phone within 5 minutes or so, which was less than what they mentioned! They’re such friendly people! I definitely recommend to come over here if you have a problem with a mobile device! They seem very loyal and modest in what they do and take great care of our devices! Pricing is great too!

Shoddy Repair Work.

Brought in my phone to have it fixed. Cost is $140. Phone is fine for 2 weeks then breaks down again. Repair warranty is 1 month so I’m covered. Phone is working for 2 months then breaks down once again. Warranty is over at this point but at this point I just buy a refurbished phone someplace else. Eff Mobile-Snap.
