I am over charged and product is not certified original as they promised.

Two weeks ago Mobile Snap assured me of XR certified original screen replacement of iPhone11 after leaving my phone for 4 hours in Carrefour Laval shop located in the middle front of industrial boutique.

I was told by apple the replacement is not original and my deep vision and Face ID not functioning could be related to the replaced screen.

I went to their main office on 4616 Loise M boyer. In my return I found problem not fixed and was said not related to screen which I believe it was separate part,but was not offered refunded for jaber part repeating the part is certificated . Also after found many settings changed and all my social media backup photos were deleted.

DONT GO !!! THIS STORE IS A SCAM !!!!

they installed my back glass for iPhone 14 pro max .. wasn’t well installed..glue was coming out of the phone .. they didn’t connect the flash light wire .. had to call the back to make another appointment to wait 4 hours again for their mistake … quality of the glass really bad .. it broke 2 days event tho I had an Otterbox case on it !! Do yourself a favor don’t go there you gon waste your time and money !!

I am not pleased with the service I have received. The product I received was not the correct color or the size that I ordered. In addition to this, her tone of voice and attitude when she spoke with me was rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe that I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.They promised to refund my money within 2 days, but I’ve been waiting for over a week with no explanation. Their customer service is terrible.
