I think no stars will be more correct. He changed my screen, it was dead the next day, he changed again and now I have yellow spot on my screen and no more ringtone. Called customer service, they said manager will call me back. Will see…. No apologies were pronounced . Update. Customer service promised that manager will contact with me today, nobody called.
I went to the mall to get some lunch and decided to see how much it’d cost to fix my phone, a few places there repair phones but most of them overcharged. Not this place! Gave a very good price and fixed it on the spot no issues! They have cases and screen protectors for everything and are very quick and friendly. I will definitely be bringing my other tech here to get fixed!
Great experience dealing with Mobile Snap rep. He made my day when he managed to save all my data (including videos and photos) from my dying cell to a new one. I would recommend this business to anyone having problems with their phone. Friendly, good and affordable service. Four stars.
