Horrible experience. Brought my phone in to get the back glass replaced. Was told it would be 20 minutes, it took an hour. Fine, was in a bit of a rush, but it is what it is. Finally get my phone back, and there’s a smudge on the inside of the lens. Once I point it out he denies it, says that was on the camera when it’s very obvious what the problem is.
He finally accepts the problem is one he caused. Opens my phone back up, wipes the smudge, and passes it back to me again.
I asked don’t you need to glue it and clamp it like you did last time? He says no, it will be fine.
Tells me he will only charge me $84 of the $85 bill… How gracious .
Couple weeks later I take my case off to plug in a charger I don’t usually use, and the entire back panel comes off my phone with the case.
So today I will be going to another company to get them to fix mobile snaps negligence.
Horrible customer service, very dishonest, and once he had my money couldn’t care less if I was happy with the service provided or not. Obviously the prime location in the mall is the only way these guys stay in business.

I went to go get my screen repaired for my samsung s22 and when I dropped it off they said it would take an hour and that was fine I had time to kill. An hour later I came back to the booth and the man working there said “the screen we bought didnt have the buttons on the side” I wasted an hour at the mall to just get told that I would have to come back. After I left the mall, I noticed my front camera was blurry and a few moments later the entire screen started flashing white and soon after the screen just went blank and wouldnt turn on. I took it back to the dude who just took apart my phone and he said that they couldnt fix it and that I have to get a new phone.

I just got my screen replaced and now my front camera is blurry!!! I DO NOT Recommend!! I picked up my phone and walked thru the mall, just getting the the food court doors about to leave and noticed I had no SIM card. I walked all the way back, the guy didn’t have the Sim card in right meanwhile fixing someone else’ phone and watching his soccer game. Finally, I get home which is when I noticed my front camera is blurry and I brought it back and they supposedly took it apart and cleaned it. But camera is still blurry!!! Note this is on my Samsung Galaxy S23Ultra which is only 5 mths old.
