Only putting one star as it won’t allow less! Manager sold me the wrong case for my phone I went back to look for a different one and they didn’t have anything I liked and was told I would have to come back and talk to manager for an refund. I came back 3 separate times and still no manager. I then thought I’d just buy a case for my daughter phone, again NO OPTIONS …. I asked if they would just return my money and he said no refunds! Wowwww unprofessional… sells me a case for a complete different phone and won’t do anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Abdul and his assistant were very helpful. Abdul drove to Brooks to pickup a new screen for my cellphone because it was going to take until Wednesday for a new one to come in and I was without a phone.
Very nice and let me use his phone to call my cellphone insurance company.
I would recommend Mobile Snap in the Medicine Hat Mall and Abdul for any cellphone/tablet repairs, he also sells cases and pop sockets.

Great customer service from Abdul at mobile snap. I have being dealing with different cellphone repair places in medicine hat , but I never seen like Mobile snap high quality repair and customer care. Highly recommended
