I had great service from the team when I dropped my phone in the sink. Patrick was so helpful, explained what had to be done, chances of being able to save my phone – as I had left it 3 days before bringing it in hoping it would dry out – and cost.
Sadly would cost just about as much to save phone as buying a new one but Patrick had a more up to date model in stock and matched the price for me from another retailer. Also transferred my apps from old phone to new one as screen not working. Can definitely recommend Patrick & the team.

I was about to buy a new mobile because the sound quality for my existing one was so bad but thought I’d better just check first. The lovely Patrick diagnosed the problem immediately (I’d turned the loudspeaker down by mistake) and refused to take any payment for the advice given. Five-star service. Another shop I’d gone to had assured me that of course the sound was rubbish – only to be expected as the phone was five years old! If I have any phone problems in future I’ll be coming to Mobile Solutions.
