Such a refreshing change to receive some outstanding customer service! Staff could not have been more helpful in providing a resolve to my malfunctioning old laptop. Immediate attention was offered (this was on a Saturday) and it was back up and running by the end of that day. I can’t praise these people highly enough to reflect the service received – if you’re reading this with a view to having some work done on your tech, look no further and see for yourselves by making this your number one stop 🙂

Whilst visiting Norwich I popped in to see if they could fix my son’s iPhone as part of the charger was stuck inside.
Didn’t want to spend too much as phone will be replaced in a few months they offered a good price so happily accepted.
Have been a few times before and the people always do a good job. Would always drive the 25 miles to get repairs here. Thank you

Had a charging issue that they sorted really quickly. Really polite and professional service. Didn’t want to charge me for such a quick fix, so I bought an accessory instead. Really good advice on what to purchase including cheaper options that were equivalent but just not branded. Would definitely recommend or come back with a bigger issue if one comes up.
