When I arrived it was also this point I asked about the exchange of the screen it was stated so it is possible of course the manager of this point would propose the only possible price after a long search on the Internet 290 pounds another bargain price was not possible. I agreed to this promotional gift and answered the phone after 4 days. After arriving home, I turned on my phone and the witch worked flawlessly. I decided to put on my SIM card. What turned out is a problem with the SIM card does not read any, I found knowledge if I repaired the screen I wanted to call from it as well. I went back to the same point and found that you did a great job just created a small problem in the form of no SIM card reading. The manager who was on site assured me that we were able to fix it and the basket of such repair should close in 50 pounds. I agreed to that price and left the phone. After 4 days I returned to pick up the allegedly repaired phone after arriving, the store manager showed me the phone and said it quotes your phone I answered yes connected to the charger and showed if the phone actually landed. To my surprise, the manager of this point squeezed the phone tightly with hair elastics I decided that he would not do it because the phone just came back from the service and on the screen there is a fresh glue assured me that everything is fine and with impetus pressed the phone wrapped in rubber bands and he said to not slip the phone for 2 hours. I went home and left my phone for two hours. Unfortunately, after turning on the phone, the screen began to shine strangely after completely starting the upper left corner, a centimeter-sized slick appeared and a strange line ran along. After returning to the store I found that the phone is not repaired and damaged on the bill which was the warranty covered a period of 3 months if as a result of technical problems not coming from physical damage the technical repair will be done free of charge. A shop worker said they couldn’t fix it and that he would call the service where the diagnosis was carried out. After 15 minutes I was given a service technician to diagnose my phone after which the service technician stated that it must have damaged my screen because I wanted a diagnosis of the SIM port and that I could not repair my screen again even though it was his fault. He offered me 50 pounds to turn my tears on now to finish the case, unless I pay him 150 pounds again and he replaces my screen again (it’s interesting that the only opportunity for this screen is the back of 290 pounds). In the end of the case I do not recommend anything to be corrected at this point after examining the case I am not alone who has been so brazenly deceived.

Not the best experience. Went there with an iPhone 11 with muffled speakers, left the phone there and came back after one hour as told. When we had to check the phone, the speakers were exactly the same as before even though they claimed they were fixed. The guy opened the phone again so I had to wait about 15 minutes there but at least this time the problem was solved.

Once arrived home, I wanted to use the front camera when I noticed that there was marks on the pictures. I suspected that some glue residue was stuck to the camera so i had to take the phone back to the shop. When presented the story, the tech guy said that probably I dropped the phone and was trying to blame me for the issue. In the end he agreed to have a look at it and indeed it was a mistake made by them and he cleared the camera .

Very unprofessional shop. Better spend more money and go to apple store
