My phone went black! Didn’t know what to do! Everyone in my family had a try to fix! But no luck! Saw Mobile Squad on line. Oh no!!! This is going to be expensive or they will try to sell me a new phone! I had to go – I needed my phone. Naveen patiently explained what the problem might be and what he would do to check it out. Got a new screen on my iPhone 14. I now have a an error on my phone saying the screen isn’t supported. I was told it will go away. It hasn’t. Less than 48 hours after I got the new screen it’s cracked. And told that the 6 month warranty doesn’t cover “physical damage” and there’s nothing they can do. Over $150 spent for less than 48 hours! Not happy

I paid $150, just to have my screen break the first time I drop it, just a week after I paid for it. Unfortunately the screen they gave me made my battery die faster, glitch, and have the colours look different. Screen also broke my Face ID, was going to cost me $600 to fix at apple, wish I never went here. The service was quick though lol.
