Raul and his colleague Ana have been very helpful throughout our difficult experience with Telekom. They went above and beyond with multiple phone calls to agents as well as courtesy calls to myself and my spouse to update us with the situation of installing our internet. We went 3 months without internet before coming to the Eltville office. Once we came into the office we had an appointment within 10 days. Thanks again for all of your assistance. Cheers! -Chris
We went to 3 different Telekom stores were the staff either didn’t speak any english or they didn’t even want to try to help us resolve our issues. We are so happy we found this Telekom store, the team helped us so much, they were so nice and polite and even stayed after the working hours because of us. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!
What a lifesaver. Best service we have ever had since we arrived in Germany. Raul and his wife were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
