Not a bad store, honestly. However I do not feel like you deserve any recognition beyond 1 star because the store has a non refund policy. Bought an adapter from your store for PS13, the same adapter was PS3 in a different store. So you massively mark up your products and then offer no refund. I cannot rate a business any more who does not put the customers at the forefront of their practice. No better than a friendly thief.
Absolutely brilliant service… Frank went above and beyond to help my elderly mum with a new phone. He arranged for a replacement to be transferred to the branch in Maidstone and put it by until I got back from holiday. It was a friendly, speedy & quality service. Mum relies on this phone and she is over the moon. Can’t thank you enough Frank!
Screen replaced satisfactory, Camara not working when returned. Asked if working after screen cracked. Could not confirm as had not used it. No check to see if a wire or anything left off after repair. PS85 for screen wanted another PS70 for Camara. Not even investigated first.
