Terrible service from Mobile Street. I sent in a phone with connection issues – they had it for 3 weeks and eventually told me it wasn’t economically repairable. I had to chase them repeatedly each day to get it back, and when I eventually did, I took it to Fixio down the road who fixed it 20 mins for a flat fee of PS30. The man at Fixio said some settings had been tampered with, which makes me wonder about the integrity of the people at Mobile Street!
I never leave reviews but felt compelled too after the great service I received last week. I had my phone fixed here last week and nothing was too much trouble. Understanding, down to earth guy at the front desk kept me updated. When they ran into another problem, they fixed that too for no additional charge. Couldn’t be more grateful for the time the engineer took to get to the bottom of the issue. Really good service and cheapest in town too!
Good service for mobile phone repair. Staff were efficient and the repair was done within the timescale quoted. The cost was a little more expensive than I’d expected and compared with what I’d pay for a similar service in London. Maybe I’m lucky living somewhere that has a high street with shops doing useful things
